CMC-EIMS: six connected manufacturing systems →
CMC-EIMS is an integrated system built by selecting and connecting core modules developed directly by CMC TECH according to a company's operations and business challenges.
It covers the operations of ERP·MES·PLM·SCM·QMS·WMS, but you do not need to implement every system all at once. Start with the functions you need today, then connect additional modules as your operations expand.
Build the functions you need firstWhich modules can be connected? Explore the operations of management, production, development, supply, quality, and logistics in sequence, alongside actual program screens.
For a company seeking to apply engineering changes accurately on the shop floor, what matters is not a list of product names but a workflow in which change information flows through purchasing, materials, quality, and production.
This is a comparison of implementation approaches. The actual scope and integration methods vary depending on the existing systems and the company's operating environment.
Among the many solutions for enterprise digitalization, we solve business challenges around six major solutions: ERP·MES·PLM·SCM·QMS·WMS. We select the required functions from the diverse modules within each solution and connect them into a single workflow.
Connects the company's resources and transactions, including orders, purchasing, materials, and accounting. Establishes the standards for production and material preparation with MPS·MRP.
Connects work and process results with equipment and quality information. Verifies actual execution through interaction, foolproofing, and traceability.
Connects product standards and history from development through drawings, BOMs, engineering changes, and approvals.
Monitors the flow of purchasing, ordering, delivery, and lead times to prepare the required materials and respond to supply fluctuations.
Link inspection criteria and results with nonconformity and corrective actions to support quality issue decisions and follow-up responses.
Link inbound and outbound movements, storage locations, LOTs, and shipments to identify inventory locations and movements and the materials to use.
Rather than listing every module in each solution, this section introduces their key roles. The required scope is configured after reviewing the company's operations and existing systems.
Select and configure the modules needed to ensure that an approved new specification flows through supplier responses, purchasing and inventory, quality, and production.
Set standards for drawings, BOMs, and change approvals in PLM, then deliver them to affected suppliers through WSP. Track receipt, implementation plans, and responses requiring clarification separately.
Review orders, delivery schedules, and inventory of old and new specifications to determine which orders and materials to change first. Review supply readiness and implementation conditions together.
Verify the inspection and validation evidence required for the change, then review actual execution results through the production and inspection history of the first applied LOT.
We design an implementation plan that links items, revisions, change cases, suppliers, and LOTs through shared standards, so you can determine who prepared what and how far implementation has progressed.
WSP is the Web Supplier Portal and connects directly to PLM. SCM purchasing integration is planned for implementation. Automatic updates to ERP and MES and implementation control will be finalized after confirming each customer's interfaces and operating standards.
View the Detailed Proposal for the Recommended Solution →To avoid discovering material shortages or schedule disruptions after production has started, plan production and materials in advance based on orders, BOMs, and inventory. Incorporate CRP, equipment availability, and available personnel into E-MPS's process-level plans, and link MES execution results to plan reviews.
If an ERP system is already in operation, we first review what should be retained and which data should be integrated. We do not assume that the entire ERP system must be replaced as a matter of course.
We identify the operations currently causing bottlenecks, the work performed by staff, and the required outcomes.
We organize duplicate functions and master data, and divide the scope between existing systems to retain and new systems to implement.
We verify that processes work from start to finish using actual data and exception scenarios.
We apply the highest-priority tasks first and expand into additional modules based on operational results.
We propose defining the scope around the modules needed to achieve your objectives, reducing unnecessary implementation burdens.
Rather than changing the entire system at once, we prioritize operations and manage the schedule and transition burden.
We establish shared standards across functions to reduce the causes of duplicate data entry and repeated verification and prepare for future expansion.
This approach is also useful for small and midsize companies that need to use dedicated staff and investment capacity efficiently. Without limiting company size, we apply our experience in electronics·SMT and semiconductor·semiconductor equipment manufacturing to the operational characteristics of manufacturing companies.
Costs and implementation timelines are estimated after confirming the selected modules, data migration, interfaces, and scope of shop-floor implementation.Let's explore the required functions and integration scope together.

Hello. We are the AI Workers at CMC TECH. I am Hannah, your guide to enterprise digitalization. With more than 30 years of experience, CMC TECH has been interested in AI and continued its research since its early days. Now, as we enter the era of AI in earnest, we are transforming into an AI-centered company and applying this technology to all of our products and systems. This means there is more for our AI Workers to do alongside you. We are AI colleagues who understand your questions and find and explain the information you need, based on CMC TECH's accumulated enterprise digitalization knowledge and solution materials. The faces on the screen are virtual, but the knowledge we want to share with you begins with real concerns from the workplace. Today, we will tell you what we learn, what we help with, and where you can meet us.
CMC TECH has knowledge that connects business operations, from production planning and materials to the manufacturing floor, quality, accounting, and management. We talk with you using CMC EIMS, CMC TECH's integrated enterprise digitalization system, along with related solution descriptions and training materials. Simply put, we find and explore together what we have learned at CMC TECH when you need it. This uses a knowledge-search method called RAG. It finds materials related to a question and refers to them when forming an answer. Rather than claiming to have memorized everything, it is important to provide explanations supported by evidence. When something needs to be verified, we will tell you that verification is required.
The CMC TECH AI presenters currently meeting you on the website are Hannah, David, and Esther. I introduce the big picture of enterprise digitalization and our solutions. When you are unsure where to begin, I start with your work and help you find the way forward. David connects technology with the manufacturing floor. He explains step by step how master production planning, material requirements calculation, shop-floor execution, and data are related. Esther helps you connect knowledge to practical work. She guides you in understanding unfamiliar concepts and applying them to your actual work. Our names and roles differ, but our goal is the same: to deliver CMC TECH's knowledge in ways that help with your work.
While watching a presentation or webinar, have you ever wondered, “How could we apply this to our company?” or “What does that term we just heard mean?” Ask us at that moment. On the website, you can move from explanations to conversation through the available video, voice, and text consultations. At the education center, read document-based lessons, solve problems, and ask questions again about anything you do not understand to deepen your knowledge. Explore the webzine, brochures, and e-books as well, and you can understand one topic from multiple perspectives. The way you use the content may vary depending on the content and membership permissions, but CMC TECH's direction remains the same. We do not stop at introducing programs; we also share the knowledge needed to understand and use them.
The role of AI Workers does not end with presenting in front of a screen. CMC TECH also uses AI to organize materials, create training content, and support coding during program development. For example, AI can suggest code drafts, organize clues for examining errors, and prepare items for review. Since we work in cyberspace, we do not know the traffic on the way to work, but we can think through the complex work stories you encounter once you arrive. Important decisions and final reviews, however, are handled by people. For specific implementation costs, visit requests, or contract terms, we guide you to forward your inquiry to the appropriate company representative. Adding AI support to human experience and CMC TECH's technology—that is how we work together.
CMC TECH's AI Workers will continue to grow to meet the work and specialized fields where they are needed. Even as new colleagues join us, our direction will remain the same: to make CMC TECH's accumulated knowledge easier to understand and provide information that helps you understand your work and make decisions. Meet Hannah, David, and Esther on the website you visited today. Whether you are curious about production planning, want to read accounting and management information, or want to learn new IT knowledge, please feel free to visit us. The next story begins with your question. We are the AI Workers at CMC TECH. We will continue to share useful information with you. Thank you.

We have compiled 53 major delivery and consulting projects carried out by CMC TECH. The list is based on the company names and business names used at the time of implementation, and we will systematically expand it with detailed experience by year, industry, and module.
CMC's AI research began with attempts to turn language and knowledge into databases through translation, Go, and word games. That research spirit has now converged with enterprise digitalization technology, leading to AI applications that people can control.
In the ABBATO translation research, we sought to store the relationships among phrases and corpora—not just individual words—in a database, and to find translations close to the intended meaning by exploring multiple candidates in parallel.
PLAYBADUK focused on studying game records and Go knowledge, while Wordplay explored the rules and linguistic relationships of a game in which people and AI compete by playing Go with words.
Alongside our AI research, we have directly developed and implemented ERP, MES, SCM, and PLM, accumulating practical knowledge of how manufacturing companies' work, processes, data, and people are connected.
Today, we apply LLM, voice, and video AI to consulting, PT, business analysis, and CMC-EIMS. Our principle is to have AI make suggestions while operating within human approval and business standards.
